Jonathan Sims is an experienced editor who has a passion for helping content creators express themselves to the widest audience possible.

In 2019, he graduated from The George Washington University with a Master of Professional Studies in publishing with a focus in technology and design. Previously, he earned a Bachelor of Science in professional and technical writing from Missouri State University.

His experience is vast, editing a wide variety of styles of content including books, newspapers, magazines, academic journals, blogs, advertisements, website content, workbooks, presentations, theses and dissertations, comics, video captions, corporate emails, database content, and more. He also has distinguished expertise in writing, layout and design, typesetting, indexing.

Currently, he is the managing editor of Nfocus Magazine, an arts, fashion, lifestyle, and society publication in Nashville, Tennessee, while being a regular contributor to Music City’s alt weekly, the Nashville Scene.
